New Items

  1. We added a work phone extension and a preferred contact method to the client’s profile.
  2. We added the ability to search for clients by the date they originally signed-up or by the date their profile was modified as well as by phone number and custom fields.
  3. We added the ability to export Client and Dog search results to Excel/.csv including custom fields.
  4. We added the subscription/purchase information to the Billing tab so you can easily find what version you purchased or subscribed to as well as upgrade online.
  5. We added the ability to filter Auto-Responders by the trigger they go with.
  6. We added the ability for you to create different Auto-Responders for classes, events, private training & therapy sign-up options.
  7. We added several settings so you can choose whether registrations entered internally are added as pending or as confirmed.

  11. We are now allowing your clients to enter their family information and dog vaccine records as part of the online registration. As part of this we added a ‘verified’ flag for vaccine records so you can note if they were verified or not.
  12. We added the ability to search for inactive dogs and re-activate them if needed.
  13. We added a new ‘Refund’ transaction type. If you need to refund a client for a service you can choose that type and the invoice you are refunding. Then you can enter the refund amount for each service on the invoice.
  14. We added a ‘name’ field to the waivers so when you manually enter a client waiver you can specify which waiver they actually signed.
  15. We added the ability to totally delete clients & dogs as well as merge client and dog accounts.
  16. We added the ability to bold the start date for classes on the main training calendar.

Changes

  1. We made a change so when you create Auto-Responders and change a trigger the message will be cleared to avoid having invalid tokens in the message.
  2. We made a change so when you change a client’s password internally and check the box to have it emailed, a history record will also be created.
  3. We made a change to the way the dog’s age is displayed. If the dog is older than 2 years the age is show in years; if the dog is older than 6 months the age is shown in months; if the dog is younger than 6 months it is shown in weeks or days.
  4. We made changes to the way classes that are manually marked as ‘full’ are handled. They will now follow the ‘Full’ settings that can be found on the Online Registration->Configuration page in the Admin Module.
  5. We changed the way you can setup Private Training internally. Now you can setup one of your Private Training options.

Fixes

  1. We fixed the label on the Private Training and Therapy sign-up forms to show the correct label, either Instructor or Therapist.
  2. We fixed the client password change window so it no longer closes when you try to generate a random password.
  3. We added some additional error checking to the Admin Module->Online Configuration page to make sure the “Days Before Start to Close Event Registration” and “Days after start date to allow clients to register for a class” both have values in them.
  4. We fixed an error that occurs when you click on ‘Schedule a Class’ and you have inactivated the ‘Class’ event type.

Version 2.4.0

New Items

  1. We added Custom Fields for both the client and dog’s profiles. You can now add fields for additional information that you wish to track about either a client or a dog. These fields can be used to create Registration Forms that can be used during sign-up of new accounts or services. Watch the videos on our website or YouTube Channel for more details! We changed the client fields– allergies, employer and referred by as well as the dog field came to custom fields so you have more control over them and can even remove them completely, if desired. For them to continue to appear as part of the online registration, you will need to create a form that includes them and assign that to the client registration on the Online Registration -> Configuration page in the Admin Module.
  2. We added a print preview for the Class Schedule, Event Schedule and Class Roster.
  3. We added the ability to customize the printed Class and Event rosters. On your ‘My Account’ page you can choose the fields you wish to have included on the printouts.
  4. We added the ability to export an event roster which can be used for printing name tags, etc.
  5. We added the ability to show the event start time on the monthly calendar within training module.
  6. We added the ability to click on a recurring event on the calendar and view/modify the upcoming occurrences.

Changes

  1. We made a change to the editor so the ‘enter’ key does not double space notes, etc.
  2. We added the Co-Instructor to the class listing in the Client Registration Portal.
  3. We changed the ‘X spots remaining’ to show ‘No spots remaining’ when the class has reached its maximum capacity.
  4. Events with Registration Levels are no longer shown in the Client Registration Portal when all the Registration Levels are full.
  5. We changed the Client Registration Portal to bold the type of service the client is looking at (ie: Classes, Events, Private Training, etc)
  6. We added the Owner’s Name to the attendance tab on the Classes page.
  7. We made a change to the classes that are displayed in the Client Registration Portal. Previously, if you changed the value in “Days after start date to allow clients to register for a class“ to a number greater than 0 the class would remain on the list until the current date was that many days past the classes’ start date. Now, the class will automatically drop off when the end has been reached.

Fixes

  1. The discount check box on the Invoice screen is now enabled for transactions when you open an existing invoice. Before you would have to uncheck the invoice check box and recheck it to enable the discount checkbox.
  2. We fixed an issue where navigating to a modified instance of a recurring event from the calendar took you to an invalid page.
  3. We fixed the end date displaying on a standard class page. If an occurrence was rescheduled the original end date was still being displayed.
  4. We fixed the “- No Classes Available At This Time –“ showing up under a category that has classes in a sub-category and not directly in that given category.
  5. We fixed an issue with the end date on some events on the Training Calendar. For some recurring events the end date would be incorrect date because the duration for the event was doubled.
  6. We fixed an issue where the Therapy registration link was showing up on the Private Training Registration page.
  7. We fixed an issue where the clear button was not clearing the checkboxes on the Dog and Client search.
  8. We fixed an issue in the Daycare Module where some older recurring events were not still showing on the calendar which caused the Attendees tab and Calendar tab not to match.
  9. We fixed an issue where the hover on Private Training in the Admin Module and Client Registration Portal showed ‘Employee’ instead of ‘Instructor’.
  10. We fixed an issue where the ‘Activate’ link for an inactive client was not working.

  12. We added a maximum length to the Name field for the Registration Levels to avoid errors when trying to enter a name that is longer than allowed.

  14. We fixed an issue where there was an extra set of quotes in the pay invoice link when emailing an invoice.
  15. We added a message when trying to schedule a class or event that will last for over 52 weeks. This will limit any class/event from being longer than 52 weeks unless it is an on-going class, that should be scheduled as a Modularized Class.
  16. We fixed the ordering of fields in the Reporting section. When you create a custom report from a template the fields can now be ordered correctly.

New Items

  1. We added a Levels tab to the events page where you can see the number of registrations for each level as well as edit and delete the levels.
  2. We added an alert to the Dog’s page when they have at least one expired vaccine. We also added an alert icon and color coding on the Vaccines tab to clearly indicate the expired vaccine(s).
  3. We added the Grad Date to the Classes tab on the Dog’s page.
  4. We added the ability for you to customize the messages displayed in the Client Registration Portal. You can now change the message displayed at the top of the Classes, Events, Private Training and/or Therapy Training pages. You can also add a message on the final checkout page after the ‘Pay Online’ button has been clicked as well as the client login page.
  5. We added the ability for you to turn on/off the auto-generated class specs on the class details page in the Client Registration Portal.
  6. We added the ability for you to automatically create and email an invoice when internally registering a client for a class or event.
  7. We added the ability for you to navigate to the client’s page from the training calendar context menu.
  8. When you send an email to a class or client internally there is now a record added to the client’s history. This includes system generated auto-responder emails as well.
  9. We added another setting for client waiver expiration. You can now set your waivers to always display, meaning each time the client logs in to register they will need to agree to your waiver again.
  10. We added the ability to CC the instructor(s) when emailing the class through DogBizPro.

Changes

  1. We changed the Schedule Event window moving the creation of the Registration Levels to a new window to be added after the event is created.
  2. We changed the background color to a light green for required fields when adding clients, dogs, etc.
  3. We changed the Event Registration window so you can choose a dog to register for an event, even if this event is not using registration levels.
  4. We changed the Upcoming Session to display ‘N/A’ on the class page for previous classes.
  5. We removed the ‘Schedule Event’ button from the dog’s page when in the Daycare and Training Modules.
  6. We changed the internal event registration, so that registrations come in as pending giving you the ability to confirm them and have the auto-responder sent.
  7. We changed the way the client and dog history is generated. Instead of being ‘real-time’ and pulled from any current registrations, it is now being created when a client/dog registers; meaning that even if you remove a client from a class or event that history record will still exist.
  8. We changed the internal registrations to use the setting set for using the current date vs. the start date of a class, event, etc.
  9. We changed the hover information on the main training calendar and calendar widget to show the ending date/time for classes as well as showing just the day of the week for Modularized classes.
  10. We made a change to the Send Roster window to enable the cc field for editing.
  11. We hid the tabs in the Client Registration Portal for types of registration, you do not have enabled in your system.
  12. We added the ability to see the promo code used for a transaction in the Edit Transaction window.
  13. We changed the wording on the class list in the Client Registration Portal for Modularized Classes. Instead of showing ‘N/A spots remaining’ it now shows ‘Open Enrollment’.

Fixes

  1. We are now hiding the link to the client and dog pages from the schedule event window when a client or dog is not selected for that event.
  2. We made a change to the internal email a class feature for Modularized Classes. Before it would email everyone registered in the class, now it will email the roster you are currently viewing when you click the email icon.
  3. We fixed the color picker for Event Types.
  4. We fixed a bug where changing the label name on the Class, Modularized Class or Mini Class made them not show up in the class search.
  5. We fixed a display issue when moving a dog from one class to another on the class page. It was showing an incorrect registration list after doing this.
  6. We released an updated version of the html editor used throughout the program that should fix some typing and highlighting issues on a Mac.
  7. We fixed an issue with the Day View of the training calendar resetting to the first day of the month.
  8. We fixed an issue with the calendar where clicking on certain events would not open the edit window.

  15. We put a max length on the Allergies, Came From and Vet Info fields for a dog to avoid an error if trying to enter too much text.
  16. We made a change so if you change or remove the main ‘Discounts Applied’ transaction in the Client’s Register then the appropriate charge transaction(s) will be adjusted.
  17. We fixed an issue with the graduation date for Modularized Classes. If you had deleted occurrences of that class after the registration date, the client’s graduation date may have been incorrect.
  18. We fixed an issue where enter a special character like ‘&’ in the client fields would cause a 403 error when integrated with Constant Contact.
  19. We fixed an issue where the client would get an error when adding a dog if you did not have an Default Attends value(s) selected.
  20. We fixed an issue in the Daycare Module where deleting a single occurrence of a client’s schedule would cause a duplicate record to display on the Attendance tab.

New Items

  1. We made changes to Authorize .NET payments so the individual items are now sent meaning that your receipt and Authorize .NET account will show the itemized billing for an invoice.
  2. We added a Payment Received trigger so you can have an email or alert sent to you when a payment has been received from PayPal and/or Authorize .NET
  3. We added the ability to create saved messages that can then be selected when emailing a client and/or class and event attendees.
  4. We added the ability to cc yourself on emails send through DogBizPro.

    1. Automatically populate the start date, time and duration when creating a new event and switching from a one-time event to a recurring event.

    4. Allow clicking on the calendar to schedule a new event. In Day or Week view you can click and drag to highlight a time range to set the start and end time for the event.

  7. We added a box around the session number on a printed roster to signify that the attendance for that week was marked in the system prior to printing.

  10. In the Client Register the ‘Transactions’ or ‘Invoices’ like will be bolded according to what you are currently viewing.

  13. We made a change to not allow new clients to register for an online profile if the “Allow Clients to create/update their Profile” is not checked. Previously a client could create a profile but not make any changes to existing information.

  2. Fixed an issue where the employee types checked for an employee were not being cleared when switching between employees.
  3. Fixed an issue where the discount amount was not showing up when the client clicked ‘pay online’.

  1. We added the ability for you to create input forms under the Documents section. You can create a form and send your clients the link to the form. They can then fill out the form and the results will be emailed back to you. * Note: The results of the forms are not tied to a particular client. This is for things like class evaluations that you want to remain anonymous. Custom Fields used for client information and registration will be coming soon!
  2. We added the ability for you to add the code for an Authorize .NET Seal to your checkout page.

  1. We made a change so the client’s ip address is recorded when they click ‘I agree’ to sign the electronic waiver.

Other Changes

  1. We changed the dates being loaded on the Modularized Class page to include dates back to the start date of the class.
  2. We made a change to the new class search/sort to save the sort selection along with the search for next time you visit the page and/or login.

Fixes

  1. We fixed an issue with the duration of a private training opening not being changed when changing a single occurrence of a repeating event.
  2. We fixed the message on the Therapy Registration page to say ‘therapy’ instead of ‘private training’.
  3. We fixed an issue where our Modularized Classes were showing full when they reached the maximum number of registrations. We have changed this so Modularized Classes are never marked as full because of their open-enrollment nature.
  4. We fixed a couple of issues with the new sorting throwing ‘reference exception’ errors.
  5. We fixed an issue where classes that were in two categories were showing up on the Classes tab twice.

New Items

  1. We updated to a new version of the HTML editor we were using for certain areas of the software like sending email, creating your class descriptions, editing your email signature, etc. The previous version was causing an “Error ?” box to occur in certain versions of IE and Safari. With the new version CuteSoft has ensured us that this error has been fixed.
  2. We added a Therapy module for our clients who offer services like Massage Therapy, etc. with the ability for clients to register for sessions online.
  3. We added a ‘My Invoices’ tab to the Client Registration Portal. Now your clients can login to pay for items they have previously registered for online or other items you have created an invoice for. They can also see their payment history and print their own print invoices.
  4. We added the ability to search for classes and sort the list on the Classes tab in the Training Module.
  5. We added the ability for you to sort the data on the Dogs and Clients tabs.
  6. We added the ability for you to search for clients who have an outstanding balance.
  7. We added the name of the user who entered a note to display along with that note. This is for Clients, Class, Dog and Event notes.
  8. We added a new widget to display upcoming events like our current Class List Widget.
  9. We added the ability to filter the Class List Widget by Class or Class Category.

Other Changes

  1. We made some changes to the Client Registration Portal login page’s wording, to make it less confusing for your clients to know whether they need to login or register for an account.
  2. We made a change so now in the Client Registration Portal only your default map selection will be enabled for your clients.
  3. We added the ability to delete registrations of all types from the Pending Registrations page.
  4. We made a change so when a client is registered manually within DogBizPro, the registration comes in as pending so it can be confirmed to send the confirmation auto-responder.
  5. We added a delete button to the class and event pages to make deleting a registration easier.
  6. We added the ability for you to update the graduation date on our Modularized Classes.
  7. We added the ability for you to enter family members without including an age.
  8. We changed the formatting of the notes sections you can format the notes nicely.
  9. We changed the order of the columns on the Class attendance list and printed roster. The dog’s name is now listed first and the records are now sorted by the dog’s name.

Fixes

  1. Fix for Class List Widget showing the start date for Modularized Classes.
  2. We added a maximum length to the Reference Number field when creating a client transaction.
  3. We fixed an error when trying to insert an image in the email window.
  4. We fixed an issue with the client balance not automatically updating when a new transaction or payment was applied to their register.
  5. We changed the way the attendance is saved for classes. Now once you have checked the appropriate boxes you will need to click the ‘Save’ button. This should fix any timing/refresh issues for slower internet connections.
  6. We made a change so the start date of a client’s registration is automatically updated for standard classes if you reschedule the class. This fixes the auto-responder sending the original start date for the class when a registration is confirmed or put on hold.
  7. We fixed an issue in the Client Registration Portal where the class was still open for registration when the ‘Close when full’ setting was turned on.
  8. We fixed the link to Modularized Classes on the Pending Registration page. It was taking you to the standard class page instead of the modularized class page.

  1. We have added new fields to the T-Dog List template allowing you to get the client Address, Phone Numbers and Email address along with the dog’s information.
  2. We have added additional Filters and Fields to the T-Client Transaction templates. You can now see the Promo Code information if one was used for a transaction as well as filter the transactions by Promo Code and/or Transaction Type.
  3. We added another filter to the ‘T-Client List’ template so you can filter your client list by zip/postal code.

New Templates

  1. We added a new template under the ‘Instructors’ category to allow you to pull a list of all clients who have attended a class with a particular instructor.

  1. Addition of the ability to create invoices and group individual transactions into an invoice.
    • As part of this you can create and email the invoice to your clients. A payment link will be included in the email that your client can click on to pay for that invoice.
  2. Addition of Promo/Discount Codes, Multi-Dog & Client Discounts.
    • You can create Promo Code Discounts that allow you to give a specific code to your clients for savings.
    • You can create a Client Discount and then assign that directly to a client or multiple clients, so they do not need to use a code to get the savings.
    • You can create a Multiple –Dog Discount. This discount will be applied when a client registers more than one dog for a given class or event, depending on the criteria you specify.

Other Changes

  1. You can now set whether you want the event date or the current date to be used for each client transaction when a client registers online.
  2. Changes to utilize correct date and phone number formatting for clients in Australia.
  3. Changes to the labeling for city, state & zip fields for different countries.
  4. We added the ability for you to enter 0 for the maximum dogs for a class. This will allow you create a class but not allow registration online for that class.
  5. Added the ability for you to change the invoice description that is shown in Authorize .NET
  6. Added the ability for client to log back into their account and pay for Private Training sessions.
  7. We added a name field to the ‘Contact Us’ form in the Client Registration Portal.

Fixes

  1. Fix for logo not showing up on printed event roster.
  2. We fixed an issue when you are integrated with Constant Contact and you tried to remove a contact from all mailing lists, causing the window to just hang.
  3. Fix for editing a single occurrence of a class where the duration would not change.
  4. We fixed the ‘Sign-Up’ link on the Class Details page in the Client Registration Portal. That link was still showing up allowing clients to register even if a class was full and the Hide or Close was chosen on the Online Registration Settings.
  5. We fixed the ‘Start Date’ for Modularized Classes on the client’s account page in the Client Registration Portal. It was showing the start date of the class instead of the start date they registered for.

Fixes

  1. Fix for “Block time” checkbox when scheduling a private training session not always blocking the correct opening.
  2. Fix for Private Training under user’s account displaying openings for the incorrect user.
  3. When entering a second vaccine for a dog in a row the client name was not selected.
  4. Updated Daycare->Attendance tab and Attendance print out to display age when a birth year was entered for the dog.
  5. The ‘X’ (close button) on some of the popup windows was not showing up in IE 9.0.
  6. When adding a new item the popups displayed the ‘delete’ button. This has been removed and only shows for an existing item.
  7. When clicking on a Modularized class under the Dog’s classes, it was taking you to the standard Class page instead of the Modularized Class page.
  8. When editing a Modularized class registration the start date list was not being populated.

Misc Changes

  1. Changed Dog and Client History tabs to show Daycare history when in the Daycare Module and Training history when in Training Module.
  2. Hide Classes tab on Dog page when in Daycare Module.
  3. We added a ‘View’ button on the Client Register tab so you can view an invoice or receipt before sending it.
  4. We added the last name on the Dogs Tab

Private Training Registration

We added a NEW Private Training registration and scheduling interface. You can now schedule multiple openings for each day as well as recurring openings.  We also added the ability for you to create different registration options which consist of a pre-defined duration and cost.  With this you can specify different options for first time consultations vs other private training sessions.

Live Chat!

We added the ability to do a live chat with us from inside the software if you have a question!

Social Integration!

We added the ability for your clients to post which classes and events they have signed-up for to Facebook and Tweet them!

More New Features

  1. We added the ability to close the class registration when the class is full. Along with this you have the ability to show the number of openings left to your clients.
  2. We added the ability for your clients to login to their account and pay for a classes or events they did not pay for as part of the registration.
  3. We added the ability for you to print or email a transaction invoice to your clients.

Miscellaneous Changes

  1. We made changes to the ‘Edit Class Registration’ popup to allow deleting registrations for a dog that has been deleted (inactivated).
  2. We changed the ‘Classes’ tab on the client’s account page of the Client Registration Portal to show upcoming classes by default.
  3. We are now saving the current calendar date for your session. When you leave the calendar page, schedule new events, etc you will be taken back to the last place you were in the calendar.  Along with this we added a ‘Today’ button to take you back to today’s date.
  4. We added the event start date, time and location along with a link to a map to the events details in the Client Registration Portal.
  5. We added the ability for you to specify which ‘Attends’ values you want to automatically be set when a client adds a dog in the Client Registration Portal
  6. We changed the message area in the Client Registration Portal to stand out a little more to your clients.
  7. We added the ability to show a ‘Documents’ tab instead of having to navigate to your account to find it.
  8. We changed the Dog and Client History tab to use the class/event start date instead of the registration date.
  9. We added the ability to delete a registration from the Pending Registrations screen
  10. We gave you the ability to choose whether the classes in the Class List Widget are ordered by Class Title or Start Date.
  11. We added the ability for you to put in the dog’s birth year in the age field instead of having to know the entire birthdate.

Bug Fixes

  1. We fixed an error with Schedule Event/Class window when an Instructor, Co-Instructor, Class or Location was deleted.
  2. We fixed the class end date being incorrect on the class page if an occurrence of that class was rescheduled after the original end date.
  3. We fixed an issue with the subject being added to the email list when emailing a class on an iPad.
  4. We fixed an error that would occur when deleting a client without an email address when you are integrated with Constant Contact.
  5. We fixed an error that would occur when trying to edit a client that was not subscribed to any mailing lists when integrated with Constant Contact.
  6. We fixed an error where the start date for Modularized Classes was not being populated when registering a dog for a class from the Dog’s page.
