Version 2.5.1

New Features

  1. We added Facebook & Twitter buttons to the class and event pages so you can easily share that information to your page or personal timeline.
  2. We added an ‘Allow Email’ flag to the client profile. If this is turned off the client will not receive any automatic or manually generated emails from the system.
  3. We added the ability for you to see what dogs have a note entered when checking them in for Daycare, Boarding or Therapy. There is a paper clip icon that will display and you can hover over that and see the check-in information including the note entered.
  4. We added the ability for you to set a default tab for the Client, Dog, Class or Event pages in the system. That setting is separate for each user in the system and can be accessed from the user’s ‘My Account’ link at the top of the page.
  5. We added the ability to upload documents into the Documents section vs having to create them using the editor.
  6. We added the ability to mark dogs as deceased in the system.
  7. We added the ability to have Auto-Responders sent to the instructor as well as the main email address in the system.
  8. We added a Vaccines tab to the class and event pages so you can see the vaccine information easily for the entire class.
  9. We added ‘hovers’ to the system that will display in various locations when you hover over the client or dog names. These ‘hovers’ will display details about that client or dog without having to go to their full profile page.

  11. We added a way to confirm pending registrations from the ‘Pending Registrations’ page without having the auto-responders sent.

You can use this url to link your clients directly to the class description for that class without any session information appearing. The link found on the class page in the Training Module will still link you directly to that scheduled session of the class.

Updates & Changes

  1. We made a change to refresh the attendance list when removing a registration from the class page.
  2. We made a change so you can now refund a client even when you have deleted the associated charge transaction.
  3. We made a change to the report filtering to take the time range info affect.
  4. We have added the ability to change the email message that is sent out when you check the ‘Automatically Invoice & Email Client’ checkbox when registering them for a class, event, etc. That message can now be found in the Auto-Responders section.
  5. We have added the ability to list 2 trainers on events, like you currently can for classes.
  6. We added a duplicate button to the class and event pages, so you can easily duplicate them from there as well as the calendar where it was currently available.
  7. We gave you the ability to change the color of the Private Training & Therapy options that will display to your clients.
  8. We added a flag next to the dog in the list if they have a food allergy.
  9. We added another date option to the Dog List Report. Now you can filter for the date the dog was added into the system.
  10. We added the attendee count to the event list under the Events tab in the Training Module.
  11. We made a change so line breaks in the Session Notes for classes will not show in the Client Registration Portal as well.
  12. We made a change to the Private Training filter in the Client Registration Portal to only include the available private training instructors.
  13. We made some changes to registrations, check-ins, charges and credits in the system:
    • When deleting a Daycare, Therapy or Boarding check in:
      • 1. The credit will be restored if one was used
      • 2. The charge transaction and invoice will be removed if no payment has been made
    • When removing a class, event or private training registration:
      • 1. The credit will be restored if one was used
  14. We added the end date to the information displayed for the class in the Client Registration Portal.
  15. We added a warning to the Event Registration window so you can easily see if a level is full when registering a client internally for an event.
  16. We made a change to apply the refund correctly when a discount was included on the transaction/invoice.
  17. We made a change so you can have the ‘Mail-In Payment’ option on without having to have the ‘Pay Later’ option enabled.

Fixes

  1. We fixed an issue where ‘am’ or ‘pm’ was being displayed twice in some of the Auto-Responders.
  2. We fixed an issue where client discounts that were added when the invoice was automatically created for a registration were not being loaded when editing that invoice.
  3. We fixed an issue where special characters in the document name or path will not allow it to be uploaded and/or viewed.
  4. We fixed an issue that could occur on the custom registration forms with date fields. If the client entered a valid date but not in a compatible format (ex: 2/3/13) instead of the correct format (ex: 2/3/2013) no error message would be displayed to them.
  5. We fixed an issue that would happen when editing an employee where the state was not being selected.
  6. We fixed an issue with posting to Facebook. If there was a special character in the event title, the post was being cutoff in the Facebook post.
  7. We fixed an error that would occur when trying to pull up clients to merge when there was an apostrophe in their name.
  8. We fixed an error that would occur when trying to edit transactions created by automatic PayPal refunds.
  9. When you modified a registration from the calendar it was putting it back into the pending state to be confirmed again, meaning the client will get a second confirmation email when you confirmed it. We fixed this issue.
  10. We fixed an issue where a special character in the document title would cause an error when uploading and/or viewing it.
  11. Partial refunds through PayPal were adding the total amount and not the amount processed via PayPal. We have fixed this issue.
  12. There was an issue where the return link from PayPal had a formatting issue. We have fixed this.
  13. We fixed a report printing issue that would happen in Internet Explorer.
  14. We fixed an issue where dates of classes that were rescheduled or moved were displaying as bold if you had the ‘bold first date’ setting turned on.
  15. We fixed an issue where the sort by start date was not working on the Event List Widget.
  16. We fixed an issue where filtering by a ‘status’ field in the Reporting section would bring back no results.
  17. We fixed an issue where the session # for Standard Classes was not displaying correctly when dates were skipped.
  18. We fixed an issue in the Daycare module where the date in the schedule popup window was not defaulting to the date selected on the Daycare tab.

Version 2.5.0

New Features & Improvements

  1. We added the ability to duplicate a scheduled event including the registration levels. You can also duplicate Standard or Mini classes including their roster information. Mod Classes can be duplicated but the roster information cannot.
  2. We have added the ability for clients to choose ‘-ANY-‘ when they are registering for packages so they can then use the credit(s) for any dog under their account.
  3. We added the ability to see active reminders by user and be able to see history of completed reminders while in the Admin Module.
  4. We have added the ability to have up to 3 custom fields on the Daycare Checkin screen and the Daycare Attendance printout.
  5. We have added a way to print an information sheet for a client including their contact information, dog information and family member information.
  6. We have added the ability to print or email client, dog, class and event notes.
  7. We have added the client’s account balance to daycare/boarding checkin windows
  8. We added the ability to delete all of the transactions on the invoice when you are deleting an invoice.

  11. We have changed the ‘Contact Us’ form in the Client Registration Portal to have the client’s email address as the ‘reply-to’. The emails will still be sent to your main system email address from your main email address.
  12. We added a ‘payment error’ auto-responder that you can setup for any Authorize.NET or PayPal payment errors.
  13. We have added an employee widget so you can display your employees on your website.
  14. We have added the ability to show the employee bios in the Client Registration Portal. You can enable this from the ‘General Settings’ section on the Online Registration->Configuration page in the Admin Module.
  15. We made quite a few changes to the Client Registration Portal to make it even clearer for your clients to navigate.
    1. We changed the Events listing to look more like the classes, making it easier to distinguish the individual events when there is a long list of them.
    2. We made some look & feel changes including adding tabs vs the text links, changing ‘Register’ to ‘Create an Account’, etc
    3. We gave you the ability to customize the messages on the initial registration page, the client registration form and the password reset page.
    4. We made some changes to the class details to include the date/time of the class you are viewing the details for as well as have the ‘Sign-Up’ link in the upcoming session section go to that session’s details so the client can view any important session notes before signing up.

Other Changes

  1. We made sure the class list in the Class Registration window is sorted by class and then start date.
  2. We have added a setting to the Calendar Widget to allow you to bold the start date for the classes.
  3. We have added the day of the week abbreviation to the week view calendar.
  4. The invoices are again ordered with the newest invoice located at the top in the client register.
  5. We added the ability to sort event rosters by registration level.
  6. We made a change so you cannot register any client/dog internally if the class has been cancelled.

Bugs & Fixes

  1. There was an issue with the delete link on the Daycare tab if you had already reschedule that appointment via the calendar. This has been fixed.
  2. There was an issue where the remaining count would be off if there was a mail in payment allowing possible additional registrations. This has been fixed.
  3. The view/print package payment transaction was bringing up the transaction page instead of the receipt page.

  4. We added the ‘moved’ or edited occurrences to the ‘Deleted Occurrences’ of the ‘View Upcoming’ window so you can easily restore an occurrence that you moved back to it’s original date.
  5. We fixed an issue where you could leave the ‘To’ field empty if you checked the ‘cc myself’ checkbox causing issues with the email being sent.
  6. If a client credit does not have at least on ‘valid item’ then an error is thrown when checking if the credit is valid, when registering the client for a class, event or other service.
  7. We fixed an issue with the Class List Widget where it would not display correctly if an instructor name contained a quote.
  8. We fixed an issue where the dog form was bringing up the preview window and printing that printed the entire screen not just the selected form.
  9. There was an issue in daycare where rescheduling a single occurrence to another day would not show up on the Daycare tab correctly. We have fixed this.
  10. There was an error when trying to save or delete a class registration if the dog’s name had a quote it it.
  11. There was an error when clicking to edit an existing tax rate. We have fixed this.
  12. We made a change so that emailing class and event rosters sends them in a landscape view vs a portrait view to avoid any possible cutoff of information.
  13. We fixed an issue with editing classes that cause the class data to be ‘blank’.
  14. There was an error when searching the Daycare list by location. We have fixed this issue.
  15. We fixed the issue where special characters in the document name or path will not allow it to be uploaded and/or viewed.
  16. We addressed an issue where the class title listed in the client registration portal was the one set in the Admin Module vs what was actually specified when scheduling the class in the Training Module.
  17. There was an issue with saving the vaccines when a client would go through and register for a class adding a new dog in the process. If the client entered a new dog first things were working correctly.
  18. There was an issue with changing a repeating event back to a non-repeating event in the Training Module. That has been fixed.
  19. We added an error message to the Tax Dialog if a valid percentage was not entered.
  20. We fixed an issue where a special character in the document would cause an error when uploading and/or viewing it.
  21. The manually entered invoice payment date was off due to time zone computation. We have fixed this.
  22. If you merged a client the documents were not automatically moved to the new client record. This is fixed. If you delete a client the documents are now deleted as well.

Version 2.4.4

New Features

  1. We have added the ability to set a specific number of days before an opening that a client has to book for private training and therapy appointments.
  2. We added an Events tab to the Clients and Dogs pages so you can see what events the client and/or dog has been registered for.
  3. We added the ability for you to update the text on the Contact Us page in the Client Registration Portal.
  4. We have changed the ‘Reminders’ to allow assigning them to a client. There is also a full page list view of the reminders so you can see all of them at a glance as well as notification on the client’s page if you have a scheduled reminder for that client.
  5. We have changed the Events tab to allow searching and saving of the search criteria just like on the Classes tab. You can also search for Private Training events and print out the list.
  6. There is now a setting so you can determine whether you want to allow inactive clients to login online or not. If an inactive client logs in, they get reset to active.
  7. We have added the ability for you do upload and attach documents to a client’s account.
  8. We have added the ability for a client to print out the online waiver.
  9. We created some new settings for the printed class and event rosters. This allows you to choose between two different styles, add blank lines, and choose the sorting of the registrations.
  10. We added the ability for you to purchase email credits or sign-up for our monthly email marketing add-on through the Billing section in the Admin Module.
  11. We added the ability to charge tax in the system. You can choose what types of items and clients are taxable as well as set any number of tax rates in your system.
  12. You can now assign specific waivers for each class, sign-up option or event registration level. The client will then have to ‘agree/sign’ the waiver(s) when registering for those services online.
  13. You now have the ability to determine which credit card logos will show up on the Authorize .NET payment page.

Updates to Existing Features

  1. There is now a flag for each client that lets you set whether a client can login to the Client Registration Portal to register or not.
  2. We made a change so you can have the Mail in Payment button show up even when you have the “Prompt Clients to Pay Online to Register for Services” is checked. That will allow you to have things so your clients can pay online or via mail in payment and not have the ‘Pay Later’ option.
  3. We made a change so you can verify your email address even if the domain does not exactly match your website domain name. You cannot verify any ‘public’ email domains.
  4. We changed the Active column to display Yes or No vs True or False to make it easier to read as well as adding a visual representation of whether each auto-responder is send via email or alert.
  5. We made a change to make sure the reminder with the next due date will be at the top.
  6. We added the current count to the Employees & Users page so you can easily see how many users you have in the system.
  7. We have added the count of the number of ‘events’ or dogs the Day view in the Daycare/Boarding Module.
  8. We made a change so the client credits are ordered by the date they were used vs the date they expire.
  9. We have added the ability to set the default location and employee to ‘None’ for Private Training and Therapy online registration. If you do not specify one or the other for an opening then the client can choose based on your settings and if you have ‘None’ selected as the default the client will see ‘- Choose -‘ vs. having one selected automatically.
  10. We made a change so you can now register dogs for private classes and classes that have already started (ie: are past your specified number of days past the start date someone can register) from their page.
  11. We have added the ability to add the current client’s discount to invoices created internally.
  12. We have added currency support for countries not using the $.
  13. We have added the ability for you to preview an auto-responder to see a sample of what will be sent to your clients.
  14. When you move a registration from one class to another the payment will automatically be applied to the new class.

‘Bug’ Fixes

  1. We have fixed an issue where the ‘use credit’ checkbox is showing and enabled automatically when you check and uncheck ‘Bill Client’.
  2. We fixed the issue so the blank line will not be created in Google Chrome and other affected browsers.
  3. We have fixed an issue where private training registrations are coming in as pending when you schedule them internally and the ‘Block this time from Online Registration’ is checked regardless of the setting on the Configuration page.
  4. We fixed an issue where editing openings on the Private Training calendar would send you back to Today’s date vs the month/day you were on.
  5. We have fixed a few places where the time zones were not correctly being implemented – Highlighting the current day on the calendar and the invoice section.
  6. We have made a change so online payments come in like the default for internal payments with “Payment for” in the beginning of the Memo.
  7. Applying promo codes should be done via the Invoice screen not a stand alone transaction. We completely removed the ability to create a standalone promo code transaction.
  8. We fixed an issue where the email a roster link was opening another window.
  9. We fixed an issue so the item information on the PayPal receipt page displays correctly.
  10. We fixed an issue where the plus sign from the dog’s record in the Daycare module is showing the schedule therapy window.

Version 2.4.3

Important Changes

  1. We have changed the current ‘Vet Info’ field into a custom field so that you have more control over making it required, etc. NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE TO ADD THAT TO YOUR DEFAULT DOG REGISTRATION FORM IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TO GET THAT INFORMATION WITH EACH REGISTRATION.
  2. We have added a setting so that any pending registrations for classes and events can count toward the total registrations. Currently, only confirmed registrations count toward that total.
  3. We have added the ability to choose a time zone for your system, so system generated times are display in your local time zone.
  4. We have added the ability for you to create an email signature for your own email address through DogBizPro. You can only do this if you are using an email address @yourdomain.xyz. You cannot setup verification or an email signature for a public email address such as @yahoo.com, @gmail.com, etc. We strongly recommend setting this up on the Email Verification page in the Admin Module to ensure your clients are getting your emails delivered and not blocked by their email provider.
  5. We changed the way the clients reset their passwords. We also changed so they have to enter the password twice when registering and changing it.

New Features/Improvements

  1. When searching for a client via telephone number, we have made it so you can enter or skip the dashes and the search will still find those clients.
  2. We have added the ability to export the results on the Classes tab in the Training Module.
  3. We have added the ability to create saved notes (like email messages) that you can then choose when entering a client, dog, class, event, etc note.
  4. We have added the ability to include the instructor name and email address in the auto-responders
  5. We have added the ability to search by the individual class on the Classes tab.
  6. We have added a way to print the monthly calendars in each module.
  7. We have added the ability for you to add a custom message to the bottom of the invoices.

  14. We are now double checking all of the registrations a client has added to their cart to verify all of them are still available before the final checkout/registration. This should ensure that if two clients add the same class to their cart while it is still available only the one who checks out first will get the spot. The other will get a message that they must choose a different session or start date or event, etc before they can proceed with checkout.
  15. We made a change to the ‘Track Attendance’ events to mimic the recent change to the classes. Now if you have an event marked as ‘Track Attendance’ and not public you can send the registration link to your clients and only those clients will be able to register for that event.
  16. We are now allowing the alignment of the text in the Class List Widget to be set when creating the widget.
  17. You now have the ability (on the My Account page) to change the number of lines an event takes up on the monthly calendars.
  18. We have made a change for those clients who choose to do mail in payments to make is more straight forward to your clients how to process and mail in their payments.
  19. We have added the registration link for each category to the category popup in the Admin Module. With this link you can limit the main Client Registration Portal class list to display only classes in that category.

Daycare Changes

  1. We renamed the Attendees tab to Daycare
  2. You can now delete from the Daycare tab
  3. We added the Sign-Up Option to Daycare tab list
  4. We are now showing the total dogs for the day on the Daycare tab
  5. We are now sorting the dogs on Daycare tab by name
  6. You can now assign color to the different sign-up options
  7. You can now assign an attendant and location to each daycare appointment scheduled.
  8. You can now search by Sign-Up Option, Location and Attendant on Daycare tab
  9. We are showing the dog’s name on calendar views vs sign-up option name
  10. You can now edit the checkin/checkout information after the dog has been checked out
  11. We are saving the date you are viewing on the Daycare tab so if you leave and come back you won’t have to choose it again.

Calendar Changes

  1. Setting on the My Account for calendar default view

Fixes

  1. We have fixed the issue where the event balance was not showing correctly when a client registered multiple times.
  2. We have ‘fixed’ the calendar pages so you can again click on a date in the month view or a time slot in the day or week view to schedule appointments accordingly.
  3. We have made changes so you will not get an error if you have special chars in the username.
  4. We fixed an error when searching to ‘include all’ on the Dogs tab.
  5. There was an error if openings spanned multiple days. Openings are now only allowed to be scheduled during 1 single day.
  6. An error would occur when saving a Sign-Up Option, If you formatted the text. We have fixed this issue.
  7. When clicking on a family member under the client’s page the client dropdown was defaulting to the first client in the list. This has been fixed.
  8. We have made changes so you will not get an error if you have special chars in the username.
  9. We adjusted the height of the printed invoice page to ensure it will print on one page for clients.
  10. We have increased the maximum length for the valid length field for packages.
  11. We have increased the amount allowed for the class cost.
  12. We have ‘fixed’ this issue so the next scheduled date of the class will be displayed by default.
  13. If a document was set as the ‘Terms & Conditions/Waiver’ document and then that document was removed from the system, a blank box would show to the client. We have implemented a warning to force you to turn off the waiver setting or change to a different document before being able to delete the current ‘Terms & Conditions/Waiver’ document.
  14. When deleting a week of a Modularized Class from the ‘View Upcoming Occurrences’ window, the graduation dates were not being updated. We fixed that issue.
  15. We made the Vaccine popup window taller to eliminate this issue.
  16. We have made changes so you will not get an error if you have special chars in the document title.
  17. The internal invoice payment window is not reflecting any discounts on that invoice. The individual items amounts should now reflect the appropriate discount.
  18. When changing an existing discount that was not on an invoice all of the discounts with the same promo code would be updated. We have fixed this issue.
  19. The Employee page showed the first and last in First column. This has been fixed.
  20. We fixed the issue so you are now redirected to the correct page and can add dogs to class without having to go back into the class.
  21. The ‘Add More’ button for vaccines in the Client Registration Portal was not working correctly. We have fixed this issue.
  22. The ‘delete’ button on the client package popup will now delete all of the associated package credits as well.
  23. We fixed an issue where you were redirected to an invalid page after scheduling an opening.
  24. Rescheduling one occurrence of a recurring daycare appointment works on the calendar but shows up on the wrong day on the Attendance tab. We have fixed this issue.
  25. When ‘close when full’ was selected some Modularized Classes would show ‘full’ in the Upcoming Sessions section. Clients could still register for these classes using the sign-up button on that page or from the main list.
  26. We have replaced the existing html editor used on different pages throughout the program with a new one. The new one should alleviate any issues you may have had on mobile devices.
  27. There was an issue if you created a custom form for registration and then deleted that form without removing it from the class, event, etc that it was assigned to. We have fixed the issue so clients can still register if that happens.
  28. When going into a client or dog’s record the main Clients or Dog tab was not highlighted. We have fixed this issue.
  29. When a client goes in to pay an existing invoice we removed the ability for the client to delete any items from their cart.
  30. The Sign-Up Option popup was not closing correctly when deleting a Sign-Up Option. This has been fixed.
  31. Daycare that was scheduled at 12am was not showing on Attendees (now the Daycare) tab. This has been fixed.
  32. If a client was deleted after one of their dogs was registered for a class, the registration count between the main list and class page were inconsistent. We have fixed this issue.
  33. If you have a really long memo for your package items, then there may have been an error occurring when adding a package to the client’s account. That has been fixed.
  34. We have fixed an issue where you may get an error after assigning employees to a state if you switch the default country value.
  35. This is included in saving the Client and Dog searches for each user.
  36. There was an error and the popup would not open if you have deleted the auto-responder associated to the private training sign-up option. We have fixed this.
  37. There was an error when trying to export the results from either the client or dog search when searching by the custom fields. We have fixed this.
  38. Dogs with only Attends Private Training marked are now included in the Training Module dog list by default.
  39. We have fixed an issue where sending a waiver does not automatically redirect client back to waiver after they log in.
  40. We have made a change so sign-up options can only be in 15 minute increments.
  41. An error would occur if there was a quote in the url used to access the sign-up pages.
  42. The repeat until date was required to be filled in even if the repeat indefinitely is selected. We have fixed this.
  43. There was an issue where multiple confirmation emails were being sent for certain events after a PayPal payment was processes and the registration was confirmed.

Packages are finally here!!

New Items

  1. We have added the ability for client to purchase packages online as well as the ability to sell packages internally.
  2. We have added a way to send a link to a ‘waiver’ document to the client so they can agree to it online.
  3. We have added an auto-responder that will be triggered when a client creates a new dog profile or an existing dog’s profile is updated. This way you can be notified when that happens.
  4. We have added a public flag for classes so you can have ‘private’ classes. You can use the ‘public’ flag to allow clients to register for a class. If the public flag is not checked then the class will not be available for registration. For these ‘private’ classes you can get the link to the class that includes a ‘key’ if you send that link to a client it will by pass the ‘private’ check and still allow them to register online.
  5. We have changed the way all the popups in the system function by introducing a new technology. This should make things easier and quicker to load pages and popups.
  6. We have added the ability to filter the Private Training and Therapy openings in the Client Registration Portal by Instructor, location and Sign-Up Option. Along with that we have added the ability for you to set a beginning and ending time for each so your clients to not have to see 12 am to 12 pm.

Changes to Existing Features

  1. We made a change with our email notifications so ‘soft-bounces’ would not be flagged and remove the client’s email address from the system.
  2. We added the company logo and seal code to the Authorize .NET payment page.
  3. We have added the spell check feature to the email toolbar.

Bug Fixes

  1. After the last update there were some browsers that would open an additional tab when clicking to send an email through your default email application. We have resolved this issue.
  2. For both Constant Contact, if you had changed your credentials in your Constant Contact account and did not update them in DogBizPro your clients would see an error and not be able to register online. We have changed this to remove the invalid credentials and integration and send an email to you to notify you of the issue.
  3. We made some changes to the Private Training Registration flow to make sure when a new client clicks on a opening and then fills out the registration for they are redirected to complete their private training sign-up.
  4. There was an issue where the required fields for dog class registration forms where not actually being required. This has been fixed.
  5. We disabled the Form and Private checkboxes on the main Document page to avoid confusion. If you need to change those values, click edit and you can change them there.
  6. We fixed the sorting issue for custom fields after scrolling on the popup window.
  7. When hovering over a question mark to get more details (logged in as a client) on a custom form, nothing is coming up. This is now fixed.
  8. We made a change so that when you edit a form/fields on that form the fields are not reverted to alphabetical order.
  9. There was a duplicate control error being logged in certain cases in the Client Registration Portal.
  10. There was an issue where the Delete button for a dog was not actually deleting the dog. We have resolved this.
  11. If you deleted a week for a modularized class, the graduation dates would be adjusted accordingly but the start date would not. The start date is only updated if it is the date that is deleted.
  12. There was an issue on the Private Training opening scheduling date verification. An invalid date was being displayed for some valid Canadian dates.
  13. We fixed an issue where checking the ‘cc me’ box when emailing a class or event roster would not cc your email address unless you typed it into the cc box.
  14. We fixed an issue where if a dog, client, class, event, etc was removed afterward, the Pending Registrations count did not reflect the correct amount of pending registrations.
  15. We fixed an where having a class, event or other service with a quote or other special character would cause an issue when passing it to Authorize .NET.
  16. The end date on the classes tab was wrong for some classes where occurrences were moved around. We fixed this so the end date on the class list reflects the correct end date.
  17. Constant Contact had an issue where accounts with a ‘@’ in the Constant Contact username would cause intermittent issues with updating client email addresses. We have worked with Constant Contact and resolved the issue.
  18. We fixed an error when trying to edit a Daycare check in where the dog was inactive or deleted.
  19. We fixed an issue where the printed vaccines, did not always print under the correct heading on the printed class or event rosters.

  1. We added Custom Fields for both the client and dog’s profiles. You can now add fields for additional information that you wish to track about either a client or a dog. These fields can be used to create Registration Forms that can be used during sign-up of new accounts or services. Watch the videos on our website or YouTube Channel for more details! We changed the client fields– allergies, employer and referred by as well as the dog field came to custom fields so you have more control over them and can even remove them completely, if desired. For them to continue to appear as part of the online registration, you will need to create a form that includes them and assign that to the client registration on the Online Registration -> Configuration page in the Admin Module.
  2. We added a print preview for the Class Schedule, Event Schedule and Class Roster.

  4. Events with Registration Levels are no longer shown in the Client Registration Portal when all the Registration Levels are full.

  1. The discount check box on the Invoice screen is now enabled for transactions when you open an existing invoice. Before you would have to uncheck the invoice check box and recheck it to enable the discount checkbox.
  2. We fixed an issue where navigating to a modified instance of a recurring event from the calendar took you to an invalid page.
  3. We fixed the end date displaying on a standard class page. If an occurrence was rescheduled the original end date was still being displayed.
  4. We fixed the “- No Classes Available At This Time –“ showing up under a category that has classes in a sub-category and not directly in that given category.

  2. We added an alert to the Dog’s page when they have at least one expired vaccine. We also added an alert icon and color coding on the Vaccines tab to clearly indicate the expired vaccine(s).
