Version 1.5

In this version we added the ability to create and maintain documents through Dog Biz Pro. You can use our online ‘Word-Like’ editor to create and maintain documents for your business. Once you have created them you and all of your user have access to them from anywhere you have internet access!
Document Features
  1. Ability to easily create and maintain documents that all users have access to.
  2. Ability to search documents by title.
  3. Ability to make a document private so it is only available to you if necessary.
  4. Ability to send a public link to clients or anyone else so they can access your document for reference and easily print it.
  5. Ability to save the document to a .pdf for other needs you may have.

We added a few basic reports with the ability to export them to excel

      Other Features Added

  • Added a new field for dog age in case the actual date of birth is not known
  • Added the ability to schedule an event for a client from their client information page
  • Added ‘Event Types’ to allow you to group your events and have the color coded on the calendar
  • Added the ability to mark and event ‘public’ vs ‘private’. Public events will print on your printable Event Schedule
  • Added the ability to add attendees (clients and dogs) to events, manage the event registrations and print out an event roster. Great for facilities that host seminars.

Version 1.2

This version made a drastic change to the calendar functionality. You now have the ability to schedule one-time or recurring events on the calendar. Use the additional information fields to schedule an event for a specific client, dog, instructor or location. Easily view your schedule in monthly, weekly or daily view. This version also gives you the ability to schedule classes in a non-weekly format. This works well for trainers who do not hold strictly weekly classes.

Track Vaccine Records

With this new version we added the ability to track dog vaccine records. You can enter the vaccine name or code and the date it was given.

Add Family Members

This version also added the abilty to add additional family members to a client’s record. Being able to know about the other family members and pets is a vital part of some training programs. With this new feature you can see all the information quickly and easily.

Other Features Added

  1. Track where the client found you or who they were referred by
  2. Allergies for both the dog and the client
  3. Ability to track where the dog came from (Shelter, Breeder, etc)
