Would like to have a late registration /payment fee automatically added to all classes so I do not have to manually change 30 classes.

Trying to discourage students who have been reminded for 2 weeks to register from registering 15 minutes before the class begins. This results in re-printed rosters & delivery, instructors adding additional handouts etc.
