I want the ability to put in a maximum number of miles I will travel and not allow people farther than that to book online.
We want to be able to track the bus ride to and from daycare using some type of additional services. She is using the packages to sell those services to the client and would like to bill them from the Attendees page in some way.
We would like the ability to distinguish between clients who are currently signed up for classes versus new clients. the purpose of this is that we would like to have existing recurring clients have an opportunity up to a specified date/number of days to sign up for the next class session or an event before the working spots are released for registration to new clients. A further refinement to that idea would be to have the potential new clients register for a waiting list so that they can be automatically assigned the working spots as they become available to new clients.
Just a further note. For the purposes of priority entry to a class or
seminar, an existing client/student is one that is not simply in the
database, but is enrolled in a current class or a class within the last
three months.
I want is a list of instructors teaching which classes when, and a check off box of when they have been paid.
