DBP desperately needs to add “view only” access to employees so they can be up to date with appointment details: name/address/details
Please add a tab that says “All” so students that have attended every week of a session do not need to be individually checked off for each week. We do the online update at the end of the session and work from paper rosters during the session. If a class of 8 all came each week it would save me 40 extra entries.
we have created somewhat of a monster with online registration (which we actually love.)
We have clients who are registering only minutes or hours before the class begins. This affects our instructors and rosters because we have students who aren’t on the printed roster (usually done the night before) showing up for class. It is too difficult to go in and change all of the class prices to include a $5 late fee if someone signs up less than 24 hours in advance. Is it possible to have a flat fee or % that is added to the class fee automatically? Right now there is no downside for a student not registering in a timely manner – it creates a lot of extra work and confusion on our end.
We are trying to use the boarding module but the charge options are by day or hour. We operate like a hotel – we charge by the night. Maybe add this option to the drop down box for boarding? Also, dogs that stay past 10am are charged a late fee. Is it possible to add the late fee in automatically when a dog checks out late?
On the checkout screen, where it says Make a Payment, then Pay with PayPal (see screenshot), we would like the ability to have this button say Pay with Credit Card (via PayPal). We routinely get questions from clients who don’t have a PayPal account but want to use a credit card. We have a note on this page about how this works, but clients don’t always read it. Thanks!
They were wanting a way to remove the Please fill out this form to register for a private training session. Go back to the calendar if you wish to choose a different time. message from the client registration portal.
Currently that message will stay showing, even if they add their own Private Training Registration: Scheduling Message .
They were wanting a way to click on the payment icon and have it load a payment window that they could apply payment from. That way they could apply payment right from the class registration page, after the registration has already taken place.
They want a report that shows the session details for each of their classes.
I am not sure if we could add this to a report without it making only show a few results per page (if they are longer session details), but I just thought I would at least add the request for them.
We would like to be able to have multiple clients per pet. A way to like People to the pet.
For example, we train service dogs, but we have people who raise them, an inmate trainer, and then their handler. We would like a way to be able to click on the dog and see all of the people who are connected to the dog, and vice versa. Be able to click on the person and see all of the dogs they have trained, or raised.
Is there any way to customize the home screen so that I can see pending registrations divided into paid and unpaid pending registrations?
If not, could you consider this for a future update? It think it would be very helpful for confirming appointments as we only want to confirm ones that have paid – and it would help me to track who has not paid faster.
